You can request deletion of your account at any time.
2. How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From Website
- Login to your account
- Go to Profile Settings
- Click Delete Account
Option 2: Request via Email
Send a request to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Registered email
- Name (optional for verification)
3. What Happens After Deletion
- Your profile will be permanently removed
- Matches, messages, and personal data will be deleted
- Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes (if required)
4. Deletion Timeline
- Requests are processed within 3–7 working days
5. Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain limited data for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security purposes
6. Rejoining
After deletion, you can create a new account using the same or different email.
